  3. Purchasing Card Program Updates New level of spend for the purchasing card: $4,000 per single transaction and per vendor per day, $8,500 per daily transaction total, $20,000 per 30-day cycle transaction total Dean/Director/Department Head must request Purchasing Card & EMarket Updates

Purchasing Card Program Updates “Verified” status to be used for: • Formal dispute with vendor that cannot be resolved otherwise • Dispute form must be submitted to bank and copy sent to Purchasing • Fraudulent charges • Cardholder must contact bank to begin fraud investigation and new card issued Purchasing Card & EMarket Updates

Purchasing Card Program Updates • Sales Taxes Charged on P-Card • Cardholder should notify vendor at point of sale of exempt status • If taxes charged are insignificant ($30 or less): • Not required to dispute or challenge • If taxes charged are over $30: • Cardholder should attempt to obtain credit and document actions taken Purchasing Card & EMarket Updates
