Has this product already been created? Yes, the product has already been created. But theirs is about 5 dollars more than mine. When I looked it up on the internet and saw the ones that were already for sale, they were not what I thought they would look like. I was thinking it would look completely different. For example, in the picture below it doesn’t have a measurer and it is not quite what I had thought of in my head.
Why is this needed? • To encourage daily brushing • To prevent cavities! • Kids don’t put enough toothpaste on their toothbrush. • This is so simple - they would use it 2-3 times a day because it is do easy to use!
How did I solve the problem? By inventing the toothbrush with built in toothpaste I removed an extra step for all kids. Instead of getting the toothbrush and then looking for the toothpaste, it is now all in one. You just grab your toothbrush and start brushing! It makes it even easier for sleepovers and vacations!
What are the benefits to thetoothbrush with the built in toothpaste? • It is helpful and easy to use. • It is helpful to the environment because factories don’t need to make two products, they just make one. This would also help with the air pollution. • It is inexpensive because two products are combined to make one. • The more kids use it, the less they have to go to the dentist (cavities) which saves parents money! • Less fluoride if you accidentally swallow the toothpaste because there is only the amount you need to brush your teeth.
About how much would my product cost? I compared the prices of three similar products that I found online: SUPER SAVER DISPOSABLE – This toothbrush comes with the toothpaste already on the brush and costs $0.13 each. READY BRUSH – This toothbrush also comes with the toothpaste bonded to the brushes. Price not available. SMILE SAVER BRUSH – This toothbrush comes loaded with one single application of minty toothpaste and costs $0.43 each. Based on the other products’ costs for sale and the materials they are made out of, I estimate mine to cost about $1.99 to make each and sell for $5.00. The reason mine are higher priced is because I would use a nicer toothbrush and mine is reuseable. The ones I compared are disposable. Because toothbrushes and toothpaste are used 2-3 times a day and are bought very often, they can’t be too expensive or no one would buy my product.
About how long will it take to make my product? I made my product using; • a Toothbrush • Toothpaste • Liquid medicine dispenser • Rubber band When building the prototype it took about ten minutes. I think that after a while it will take less time to create my product.
Do you want to invest in my product? As you see my product is everything in one. It is inexpensive to buy, is great for traveling, will be bought often, it is helpful to air pollution, helps prevent cavities and much more! My product is great for kids in the morning because they don’t like to take off the dry toothpaste, that is gross! My product is also 100% dentist approved and 100% braces proof! If your wondering, it will clean your braces. Is this a great product or what?! I bet your kids will want one as soon as they see it!
