When to Get New Lighting Plan • Moving existing lights • Moving existing signs • Existing lights or signs are not in exact location specified by existing lighting plan • Extra lights or signs in place • Changing from incandescent to LEDs
New Lighting Plans • There are options • USCG wants to cooperate with you • Takes only a few weeks to issue
Inspections • Monthly Inspections • Make sure all of the lights are burning • In-depth Inspections • At least 2 – 4 times annually
