  2. Instructions : What you do. Step 1 : Crumple some brown paper and put it into the cup. Step 2 : Push the bean seed down between the side of the cup and the brown paper. Step 3 : Water the bean seed and watch it grow everyday.

  3. Results : What happened Day One Day Five Day Nine Our bean seeds have started to grow. They have roots that are growing down. They have shoots that are growing up. There are tiny leaves forming at the top of the stem.

  4. Our bean seeds are now too big for the cup. We have planted them in a pot. Each day they grow longer and are climbing higher. Daniel Mc has given us some stakes to help our beans grow.
