  3. Because it matters “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” (Confucius) • Working to me isn’t something that we are required to do, it is something we choose to do. • We choose our path & we choose our behavior while we are on that path. I was honored in receiving this memorable advice from my father at a young age & have applied my beliefs in my career life. I am determined to obtain the perfect career for me. • To become a genuinely good worker you must ask yourself, what does work ethic mean to me? • Work ethic to me is a personalized set of values that you set for yourself. The way you express & show work ethic describes what kind of person you are. By taking initiative & being reliable & trustworthy to your employer as well as co employees you are displaying good work ethic. Personally I believe I show outstanding work ethic. I believe that you should always give 110% & not just during times that management is present. I enjoy working, I enjoy the feeling of completing a task successfully & I will continue trying until it is done right. Work ethic is built into my blood & I like to pass good work ethic techniques to those around me.

  4. My Personal Success The feeling of success is beyond words. It creates better results for the future. I don’t look at mistakes & failure in a negative way, instead I use it as encouragement to try again Here is just a brief display of some of work of art

  5. Team work is essential • No one creates success alone, even entrepreneurs receive some sort of outside help. Working together is key is obtaining success in any business. • An example how I’ve used team work: • While I was assistant manager at Little Caesars pizza I was always finding that teamwork played a crucial role is the smooth flowing service during busy times. My job would require me to walk around to each station that was set for the employees & many times I would volunteer to assist my coworkers with their station. From assisting with dishes, to preparing/cutting pizzas to opening another cash register, I was always doing something to help out. Even if they did not require any assistance, I would step up & show team working skills so I could keep a level of respect between me and the rest of the crew. It also showed them that I was being appreciative of their hard work.
