Who is STORM? • STormwaterOutreach for Regional Municipalities • All jurisdictions with a NPDES stormwater permitare invited to join • No membership charter or fees • Core team, quarterly meetings, annual symposium • 7 Local groups; Northern (permittees from Skagit, Whatcom, Oak Harbor) & Snohomish permittees • Networking and training • Regional design of outreach campaigns, Local implementation

Natural Yard Care • All Snohomish County jurisdictions1, Thurston County, Olympia, Tumwater • Individual Lawn Coach vs Classroom Lectures, evaluate to find best delivery method for different NYC BMPs • Preliminary report at Nov 2015 SymposiumFinal effectiveness report in Feb 2016 1 except Lake Stevens
