  2. Describe planned statistics. • Identify specific results that would and would not support the hypothesis. • Discuss limitations. • Relate to other research. • Make suggestions.

  3. TIPS FOR DOING WELL • Practice! • Speak slowly and clearly. • Vary your intonation. • Make eye contact (or pretend to). • Don’t read! Don’t memorize the whole thing! • Keep it simple.

  4. VISUAL AIDS • They help! • Make them easy to read - large dark print and artwork. • Practice using them.

  5. DEALING WITH ANXIETY • Practice multiple times. • Make eye contact with a friendly face. • Use visual aids.
