  3. Troubleshooting Kabel & Konektor - Kabel is unpluged Solusi : Cek Kabel udah terpasang dengan benar di konektornya - Konek sendiri. ping ke yang lain tidak mau solusi : Cek Kabel terpasang secara cross apa stright Windows bermasalah

  4. Troublesshoting pada konfigurasi windows Tidak mau terkoneksi dengan komputrer yang lain solusi : Tahapan yang di cek : -Cek IP Address -Cek Worgroup, name, deskription

  5. Komputer tidak mau sharing solusi : - Cek jaringan sudah terkoneksi apa belum - Terdapat eror pada sistem operasi -

  6. Komputer tidak mau di ambil datanya padahal sudah di sharing - solusi Cek firewell, matikan sistem firewall

  7. Komputer client tidak mau print Solusi : - Cek jaringan komputer - Cek driver pada printer pada windows server - Cek letak penempatan printer.
