3. Project’s Objective, Scope, and Outputs Objective • Develop a Category Strategy to better manage contracts in the Network supply chain, in alignment with SSC’s transformational roadmap and initiatives Project Scope • SSC Network products and services only • Spend to be analyzed will include SSC data only and will not include any spend for departments or agencies outside of SSC’s current legislated accountabilities • The Supply Market Analysis to be conducted will focus on the Canadian Network market and will not include suppliers from outside Canada Outputs • Category Baseline, including spend, TCO, demand, and benchmarking analysis • Category Strategy, including prioritized opportunities, implementation plan, and sustainment requirements
4. Approach Engagement will include active involvement of selected SSC branches, interviews, workshops, and data requests.
