  6. Favorite foods from Colombia • Ajiaco is a traditional dish in the capital city of Bogota and the Andean region. It is a homemade chicken soup with corn, potatoes, sour cream, capers, avocado and guasca, a flavorful herb.

Clothing in Colombia • The traditional clothing is a puffy white shirt with black pants for boys and a white blouse with a black skirt for girls for girls.  Colombians use red to accent and bring some color into clothing.   Some times the girls wear all red skirts instead of black skirts with red accents.

  8. The Main Ethnic Groups Of Colombia. • 58% of the population is mestizo, or of mixed European and Amerindian ancestry, while 20% is of European ancestry. Another 14% is mulatto, or of mixed black African and European ancestry, while 4% is of black African ancestry and 3% are zambos, of mixed black African and Amerindian ancestry.
