  2. ABSCESO DE PARED CASO 1 Hematoma subcapsular esplénico por traumatismo cerrado posterior a la cirugía en paciente con by pass gástrico laparoscópico (flecha).

  3. ABSCESO DE PARED CASO 1 Hematoma subcapsular esplénico por traumatismo cerrado posterior a la cirugía en paciente con by pass gástrico laparoscópico (flecha). Cambios postquirúrgicos con reservorio gástrico y anastomosis gastro-yeyunal

  4. ABSCESO DE PARED CASO 1 Neumoperitoneo postquirúrgico. Aumento de densidad de la grasa de la pared abdominal anterior con imágenes de burbujas de aire en tejido celular subcutáneo por gangrena y necrosis de pared abdominal.

  5. ABSCESO DE PARED CASO 2 Colección hipodensa en pared abdominal anterior izquierda, adyacente al defecto de pared debido al trocar de laparoscopia (flecha). Se realizó punción de dicha colección obteniendo líquido purulento.
