  1. NGN Migration Project Project Description NGN is a wide term that strives to deliver various services exists in separate technological planes today over an all-IP network. The main task of NGN Migration is to move all circuits in currently non-IP network technologies (Legacy Circuits) into packet switching or IP – Based network technology. Legacy Circuits ( Old Technology ) DDN / ATM ( Legacy Network ) MDF DDN / ATM PVC Node NTU Cable Facility Migrated Circuits ( New Technology ) MPLS Network EoSDH Modem VLAN STC PE-Agg * OSP Facility OSP Facilities : DSLAM – ADSL line ( 64Kb to 1Mb bandwidth ) MSAN – Hi – Speed Facility ( 64kb to 20Mb bandwidth ) MALC - Hi – Speed MALC Technology ( max 20Mb bandwidth ) Transmission – Thru FIBER ( above 20 Mb bandwidth )

NGN Migration Project • Transtel NGN Project Scope • Installation of the new circuit up to customer’s Demarcation Point. • Warranty of 1 month maintenance & support upon installation of the new circuit. • Providing new modems based on technology and required bandwidth: • Netcom ( NB6Plus4 ) – for Low Speed Circuits • One Access or Thompson – for High Speed Circuits • Transtel NGN Project Deliverables • Phase I - ( 3,113 Circuits ) – Period : August, 2010 to January, 2011 • Phase 2 – Batch 1 ( 1,000 Circuits ) – Period : February to April, 2011 • Phase 2 – Batch 2 ( 958 Circuits ) – Period : May to September, 2011 • Phase 2 – Batch 3 ( 447 Circuits ) – Period : October to December, 2011
