  3. Type of reports • School summaries (ABCs, AYP, EOC, EOG) • Disaggregation by ethnicity, gender, previous year achievement, economic status, disability • Charts • Frequency tables, Goal summaries, • Class rosters, student rosters

  4. Tools to produce reports • SAS using files from ABC Tools or DPI server and/or winscan files • Output to MS Excel (data can be manipulated) or MS Word, pdf • Winscan

  5. Training provided • Introduction to Quickplace • Data analyses using Excel • Interpreting ABCs results in Quickplace • Using Data for School Improvement
