  1. INSTRUCTIONS • The Southeast Region Architectural Exhibit submittal package will be placed on this template. All projects must have been completed and occupied after September 1, 2006 in order to be considered. Complete a submittal package for eachproject. Submission package to include: • Check (1 per project) • Completed Entry Form, PRINTED and paper clipped to Check (1 per project) • PowerPoint saved to CD (1 per project) • Completed Photo Release Form • Completed Project Identification Form, PRINTED. This information will be confidential and will not be given to jury • SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE MARCH 2, 2012 BY 5:00 P.M. • INSTRUCTIONS: Modify this template to include images with captions, narrative, and data as identified on each ppt slide.. Downsize all photos to 72 dpi screen resolution. Delete any unused slides. Remove this checklist from your final submittal package. FIRM NAME MAY NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE ON SLIDES!, EXCEPT ONE SEPARATE SLIDE WHICH WILL PROVIDE INFORMATIION ON THE PROJECT-THIS SLIDE IS TO BE USED FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE AWARD PROJCETS. • CRITERIA FOR JUDGING • One Main Exterior Photo Slide (1) • One Main Site Plan Diagram Slide (1) • Floor Plan Slide(s) (3 Max) • Supporting Photo Files- Interior & Exterior (10 Additional Maximum Slides ). Please include captions with each photo. If your project is a renovation, please include before and after photos. • Project Narrative Slide – Text Only (Maximum 2 Slides) - Provide a narrative description of the project that highlights exceptional features, discusses specific challenges presented, how those challenges were met, and any other points of significance. It is important to describe how the design addresses the program requirements. This should be described in writing as well as be evident in the photographs. • Project Details Slide (1) Please place all text and images within the blue box.
