Why them? • Yoshihiko Noda is the current prime minister of Japan which means that he is in charge of most of Japan including the government. • Jun Azumi is the financial minister of Japan that means he is in control of Japan’s fiancés so he’ll have to approve the design to make a giant Seawalls.

  7. Damage to Economy The Damage is estimated at 18 trillion Yen that’s the Equivalent to 235 billion Us Dollars. 4% of their GDP
