  3. November 22 Agenda • Welcome and Introductions • Overview of Imagery for the Nation • NDOP Overview and Discussion of Issues • Scope Task Force • Establish Task Force Kick-off Date

  4. Establishing the Task Force • NDOP Steering Committee • Other Federal agencies (DHS, NGA,) currently not in NDOP • Representatives from NSGIC • Representative from FGDC • Representative from NACo

  5. Task Force Decisions • Other interested agencies will be included in the review process • NSGIC proposal will be modified to include Federal requirements and published as a brochure • Imagery for the Nation will have two parts • 1-meter program managed by FSA (NAIP) • High-resolution program managed by USGS

  6. Task Force Timeline • Dec 6 - update FGDC Coordination Group • Dec 12 - meeting with completed actions and draft work plan • Jan 10 - update FGDC Coordination Group, revised brochure complete, draft outline of business plan and budget done • Jan 31 - present outline of business plan and budget to FGDC Steering Committee • Include business case examples • Include goals to acquire funding • Early March - Executive Summary of business plan ready for FY08 Initiative (multi-agency?)
