  4. Approach 1Down Your Way & Kickstart • Open to CT Operators/Communities • Once off grants to expand or start up a new scheme based on identified needs • 20 schemes funded

  5. Approach 2 Targeted Areas • £200k ESCC funding for once off grants • Identified need - new or expanding CT • Specific parishes identified through: - Accession modelling - Rural Access to Services programme - Accessibility Audits • Project ongoing at present

Funded Schemes • Telescombe, Peacehaven & Newhaven DAR • Forest Row Vol Car Scheme • Eastbourne DAR • North Wealden CT Partnership Ltd • Heathfield Partnership Trust Ltd – Youth Service • Battle CT – Flexible services ( Rye & Tenterden) • Rye & District CT evening expansion • ESDACs website & online booking system development
