Leadership for Results Program (LRP) Experience in Ethiopia: Insights and Impacts

The Leadership for Results Program (LRP), launched in 2011 in Ethiopia, aimed to strengthen leadership capacity and implement breakthrough projects across key organizations. INVOLVMENT • The strategic engagement of the AAP in Ethiopia; • Organized and facilitated the program in collaboration of EPA (the Government of Ethiopia) and UNDP-Ethiopia; • UNDP was responsible for the recruitment of International and national consultants; • Documentation of best practice and Capacity Building Assessment • Designing of the sustainability of the program
