Impact of Treatment on Microglial Response in BDV-Infected AF5 Astrocytes

This study evaluates the effects of various media on microglia numbers and cytokine concentration following treatment in BDV-infected AF5 astrocytes. Specifically, we analyze fold changes compared to mock treatment for TNFα, IL-1β, and other inflammatory markers. Our findings highlight the differential responses of astrocytes to various treatments, shedding light on potential therapeutic strategies for controlling BDV infections and modulating neuroinflammation.
