Water Targets - Preparation • Prepared 1.5 Metric Tons of 18.2 MWater in Acid-Leached HDPE Carboys • Provided by NSF/SRC Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing (fabrication water) at U of A • Includes UV treatment for TOC reduction and disinfection • < 1 ppb TOC • All trace metals including Be are below 2.5 ppt detection limit of ICPMS Clean room: NSF semiconductor fabrication center for ultra pure water, University of Arizona
