  3. Introduction to the OCMT Program • It aims to build the skill set of students that one learns via experience only • By engaging students with Telenor Pakistan for a prolonged period we are able to coach our trainees on various corporate issues

The Learning Philosophy behind the OCMT Program • The program focuses on imparting corporate learning via a project based approach • Post the initial assessment of the market, the OCMT Teams will be responsible for 3 projects over a course of the next five months • Each project focuses on key learning areas such as • Research & Planning and its impact on business • Event Planning & Project Execution • Team Building

  8. Prizes Orientation Program is awarded to one student from the winning team whose performance has been remarkable throughout the program. Performance evaluation will be done through out the program by Telenor Pakistan

  9. How to Apply • You are requested to gill the application form on the university portal as a team. • You are then requested to submit the form to your career placement office • Shortlisted groups will be contacted by Telenor Pakistan. We wish you the very best of luck. 
