  1. Establishment Classification For the purpose of determining fees, establishments registered at the Ministry shall be classified into three categories First Category Second Category Third Category A B C

Establishment Classification First Category Conditions : • Skilled labour shall account for a minimum of 20% of the total number if valid labor cards • Nationals shall represent 15% of skilled labour and shall be registered at one of the governmental or local entities concerned with pensions and social security • Total salary of skilled labour (national - expatriate) shall be as follows :

Establishment Classification Conditions : • The three above mentioned conditions shall be fulfilled collectively as the system electronically transfers the establishment to the 2nd category in case of violating any of these conditions Notes: • Skilled labour are those classified among professions whose codes end with 1, 2 or 3 • Valid cards do not include absconding, mission, temporary or part – time cards • Finishing boats of nationals are classified within 1st category • This category’s bank guarantee is not required to paid

Establishment Classification Second Category Conditions : • The establishment shall be classified in the 2nd category at its levels a, b and c according to the multicultural standard, as set out in the following table • Establishments classified at the 2nd category shall be transferred to Level A, without abiding by the multicultural standard according to the following conditions, as a whole:

Establishment Classification Second Category Conditions : • The establishment which has a maximum of three workers with valid labour cards and work permits shall be classified at level B Third Category Establishments shall be classified in the third category by a ministerial decree in the following cases

  7. Establishment Classification Notice The bank guarantee for this category shall be 3,000 AED provided not exceeding 10 million
