  3. Purpose • To continue the process of creating ‘Common Ground’ • To start actual work in the WPs • Agree on WP Action Plans: • Allocation of partners, individuals, and time to tasks • Linking input to output points and delivery types • Definition of milestones

  4. Activity types • Plenary sessions to create project-wide common ground and identify white spots • Parallel sessions to develop common ground within WPs • WP work sessions • Planning sessions within and between WPs • Technology market • Open slots • Working on the article

  5. Preparations by you • Secure input and brief your staff • White paper by WP-leaders • Action Plan proposal by WP-leaders • Allocation of partners and time to tasks • Linking input to output points and delivery types • Definition of milestones • Technology/component demonstrators; specification drafts; architecture outline; Use Case descriptions; etc.
