    1. Cas Clinique 1 Homme de 34 ans. Pendant 6 mois, fatigue et douleurs persistantes de l’hypochondre droit sans anomalie clinique ni de l’échographie abdominale. Fluctuations de l’ASAT (1-3N), l’ALAT (1-8N), des PAL (0,8-1,1N), et de la GGT (2-4N). Endoscopie digestive haute et coloscopie avec biopsies : Nx Scanner abdominal: aucune anomalie. IRM : stéatose hétérogène sans autre anomalie parenchymateuse ; les VBIH et VBEH normales. Absence des marqueurs d’hépatite A, B, C, D, E. Ig sériques normales. Antinucléaires et antitissus absents. ANCA 1/160. Cuprurie, céruloplasmine, ferritine et a-1 anti-trypsine : Nles Biopsie hépatique  :
