  2. Problem • VTC is sending a cube-sat to the moon and the Lander needs to be thoroughly tested before a final design can be made.

  4. Solution • Create a testing system that will repeatadly test the lander under various conditions and record the information gathered.

  5. Technical Details • The testing platform will need to simulate: • Varying drop height/mass/velocity • Varying Landing orientations • Varying Terrain conditions • Calculate the shock • Calculate the stability of the lander

  8. Electrical • Large Stepper motor for base • Small Stepper motor for inclining base • Medium Stepper motor to lift the Lander • One Electromagnetic clutch to release Lander • An accelerometer in the Lander to measure shock
