Citizen Portal • Pet Parents are able to: • Apply for or renew a new Pet License • Attach supporting documentation that needs to accompany the application (proof of rabies vaccination, spay\neuter certificate) • Ask questions using the built-in message center (all communication is automatically logged in CRM) • Pay for a Pet License

  4. Back Office Review & Processing • Staff are able to: • Communicate with citizens using the built-in message center • Review all applications that are submitted via the Citizen Portal • Receive payment (if not paid through the portal) • Automate the renewal process based on expiration date of license

  5. Reporting • Inquiries/Views • Advanced Find • Allows a user to quickly search the entire database by typing in a keyword. FTG will return the results that match the search. • SQL Server Reporting Services • Dashboard
