The IRISS Cross Topic Sub-Team addresses the challenges posed by varying document formats, scattered information, and unresolved issues across sub-teams. By appointing a representative from each group as a cross-topic member, we establish a unified approach to manage documents, track open issues, and facilitate better communication. Our solution includes a comprehensive spreadsheet that consolidates IRISS information and provides regular updates.
