  3. Instructions: • Put all answers in the blue book provided • Return both at the end of the examination • Bring a calculator • Regular and Additional Office hours: • Wednesday, March 4: 9:30 – 10:30 am, 1:30 – 3:30 pm.

  4. Review: • Book chapters and lecture notes • Publisher’s online quizzes • old quizzes • Group class work
