"Incident-Free Starts With Me," highlights the need to advance our performance to the next level. It is focused on personal accountability and is intended to remind all of us about the individual commitment we must make every day in order to operate with excellence. As we move forward in our operational excellence journey, it's important that we recognize our operational excellence culture as the foundation for our success. First Aid Cases 26 Personal Commitment For Success Improvement Sought Injury by Body Parts(Including First Aid Injuries) I will always: Near Misses & Property Damage • Be accountable for my safety. • Identify and report potential hazards and unusual circumstances • Follow safe practices and procedures • Stop work when I have concerns • Report and support appropriate investigations of near misses, losses and incidents • Involve the right people to make my work safe. • Use the OE Tenets of Operation • Drive defensively and follow traffic rules. • Identify and control all identified hazards before beginning the job. 53 894 Hazards Reported Fit Test KPC Management Visit 15,648,818 Man hours Management representatives of KPC visited MGC and LSP on 30th Jan, 2011. They expressed satisfaction in safety performance and implementation of various processes. Contractor EHS Meeting 1st Quarterly Contractors EHS meeting of 2011 was held on 26thJanuary. Shuaiba Industrial Medical Clinic (Ministry of Health) conducted fit test for 23 JO contractor employees in coordination with EHS division. Fit test is the scientific method to test fitness of employees to use Respiratory protection apparatus. Root Causes For Incidents (Based on 36 RCA Investigations) New Website Joint Operations Gen. Manager Moayed Y. Al-Bassam launched new Contractor  Health, Environment & Safety (CHESM) on 26th January. The website contains Joint Operations News, EHS policies and helpful information intended to support incident free operations. The web address of this website is http://jopcontractors.chevron.com In his speech, General Manager explained about the OE Focus Week on “Incident-Free Starts With Me”. Presentations on Analysis of 2010 Incidents, CHESM requirements and Safety Training Programs were made and several business partner personnel were awarded certificate for their contribution during 2010 Annual Contractor Safety Forum.
