UC WorkStrong Program: Empowering Employees through Wellness and Rehabilitation

Areas for improvement Engaging off-site Occupational Health Physicians • Supportive MDs have transcended the pay for encounter model. • Some say, “Once in WorkStrong, I never see them back!” • WS is an added tool in their tool box for help that is not meds, PT, or surgery. • Need to meet with the off-site MDs.
