  1. Logging in the dialer

  2. Start here

  3. Download and open the document

  4. Make sure the 1st 2 steps are done

  5. Make sure you are in Firefox as you continue.

  6. Copy and paste this link in your browser.

  7. Softphone downloading

  8. Double click your download

  9. Once this is done its on your computer

  10. Time to log into the dialer

  11. Paste the link in step 3 in your browser

  12. You should see this

  13. Agent # should be typed in like this

  14. Type it in here

  15. This is the password

  16. Click on Select a Campaign

  17. I selected Home Security

  18. Make sure blended is checked

  19. Congratulations!!! • You Are now ready to start making calls.

  20. To make a manual call

  21. Put the #in. If it is a call back.. The info will pop up. • Otherwise Dial.

  22. After all calls. They need to be dispositioned.
