  3. Need to learn what the teacher expects how can you figure this out ? Teacher usually have objectives goals that the students are to acieive Types of objectives Cognitive: knowledge to be attained, and an understanding of it Affective: “feeling”, your opinion Skill: ability to do something, perform some skill What does the teacher want ?

  4. Keep time log a record of your activities time spent studying in class time spent outside of class time spent in leisure Find out how you spend your time

  5. Get excited even if you are not, pretend you are. Studies show a positive attitude does make a difference Organize self and work “to do list” Find good environment cool, quiet, well lighted, comfortable, well ventilated, few distractions Focus: concentrate on the task Secrets of studying

  6. Do your best always try to do your best in class and in studying Secrets of studying
