In Fall 2011, Hillsborough Community College conducted eight stakeholder meetings across six locations to gather perspectives from employees and community members. Participants engaged in discussions to assess the college's current mission and advise on future vision and values. Key themes included the pride in student transformation, strengths in accessible education and program diversity, and areas for improvement such as aligning workforce offerings to industry needs. The outcomes inform the college's strategic direction and community role over the next decade.
