Evaluation criteria • Does the organization have the ability to carry out the project? • Are the goal and objectives congruent with the grantmaker’s intent? • Does the goal have a measurable outcome? • Is the target population clearly identified? • Does the applicant describe the need for the project? • Does the applicant describe how it will achieve the goal? • Is the budget consistent with the strategies? • Does the applicant adhere to the requirements for submission?
