  5. “How was your weekend?” “What did you do on the weekend?” How was your weekend? - How are you? It was fine. It was okay. It was not bad. It was fantastic. It was awful. It was tiring. It was boring. It was stressful. I am fine. I’m okay. I’m not bad. I’m fantastic. I’m awful. I’m tired. I’m bored. I’m stressed (out) Bad example: How was your weekend? I was studying.

  6. What did you do on the weekend? (actions) (we will need past tense - 과거 동사 ) Verbs that end in ‘y’ change to ‘i’ study worry cry try studied worried cried tried play – plaied (?) or played (?) a+i+e = too many vowels

How much did it cost? - It cost $500. Why did you go there? - I went there because... Why were you there? - I was there to study English.
