Insights into the Role of D3miR in Cellular Morphology and Structure
This study investigates the role of D3miR in cellular morphology and structure using various staining techniques, including DAPI, Phalloidin, and dGMAP. We analyze Golgi apparatus staining in wild-type (wt) and D3miR-mutated cells, highlighting differences in cellular organization and cytoskeletal integrity. Supplementary Figure 2 provides detailed visualizations that elucidate these morphological changes. The findings contribute to the understanding of miRNA impact on cellular architecture, offering potential insights into developmental biology and disease mechanisms.
