  2. Leopard frogs • Leopard frogs have spots like leopards. • Leopard frogs look like a yellowish-green they look like leopards but they are frogs.

  3. What do alligators eat and look like? • Alligators eat anything they catch in the swamp or not everything. • They are a greenish-brown. • They have sharp teeth and a wide mouth to catch food.

  4. What do ducks eat and look like? • The ducks look like white or black or brown. • The ducks eat fish and they have sharp teeth if you touch them you can bite you.

  5. Where fish live • They live sometimes not in the steep part of the swamp. • They don’t harm anything but they do eat food. • They have gills so they can breath where ever they go.

  6. Water lilies • Water lilies are flowers that float on the water. • They have something in them to float. • They also look pink.

  7. Sand Hill Crane • A sand hill crane is a crane that has 3 colors on it. • It is white it is black and it is brown. • The muscles of its tounge helps swallowing food.

  8. Fun facts about Opossums • Opossums can hang on trees with their tails. • They sleep when they hang on trees.

  9. Most of the animals in the swamp • Swamps are often rich in wild life. • Alligators, shrimps, crayfish ,snakes, frogs, snails, fish, and birds live in the swamp.

  10. Facts about Swamps • The soil in the swamp can be drained witch means the water moves slowly. • The swamp is close to a marsh but the swamp has more trees than a marsh.
