Common Real Estate Networking Sites • Trulia – consumer real estate search engine, agents can promote listings and connect with local consumers – membership is free, some features and tools require a fee • Zillow – consumer real estate search engine that features price ‘zestimates’, has similar membership, tools and features as Trulia • RealtyTrac – leading foreclosure search engine, Weichert offers Associates a membership discount (reminder: go to WeichertOne.com message center to get RealtyTrac discount)
