Situational Analysis • Goal • “Own a successful business in Northern MN focused on the enjoyment of the outdoors” • Objective • Own a small business with chances to grow • Gain experience managing similar business ventures • Build reputable relations in the community • Work with the communities around me and help with growth in the community • Gain mentors to help meet my objectives and goal

Strategy • Own a small business with chances to grow • Purchase an existing business and add or start a new business depending on financial ability • Gain experience managing similar business ventures • Apply for positions in the outdoors venue: bike shops, sportsman stores, outdoor stores (i.e. Scheel’s, Gander Mountain, Sportsmen's Warehouse, Cabela’s) • Build reputable relations in the community • Assist in community events as a sponsor, volunteer in area events (Habitat for Humanity, Wildlife Preservations, Hunting and Fishing events for kids) • Work with the communities around me and help with growth in the community • Start a business to add income to the community, offer jobs to those in need, assist in beautification projects and environmental projects in the area • Gain mentors to help meet my objectives and goal • Meet with experienced owners for advice and help. Join Chambers of Commerce for assistance in needs regarding business, communities and sponsorships for events in the area
