Write and answer the following: (just what is in red) In order to continue regulation of its colonies, England passed laws to control what colonists could produce and who they could trade with. The Navigation Acts demanded that all exports from the colonies go directly to English-held ports and all manufactured goods from other parts of the world pass through England before they were shipped to America. Also, all ships had to be English or American made and skippers and crews had to be British or American.
