Phase 1 Update • Major development complete with release of Version 6.03 • Officially in Operation and Maintenance (O&M)10/01/2006 • Support and maintain current modules • Minor application changes to meet the current incident business need • A Safety and Health module as proposed by the Safety and Health Working Team • Limited bar code / AIT technology; in coordination with the ICBS project • Changes mandated by policy

Recommendations from Phase 2 • Convert the existing I-Suite application to a web-based application that can be utilized at the incident only, on a local area network, or through the internet. • Implement Smart Card technology • Bar code / AIT technology; in coordination with the ICBS project • Make data available for access by other applications and internal /external users

  5. I-Suite Version 7.01 Tentative release mid April

  6. All Modules • An “Exclude Filled” filter check box is available on all grid views • Performance has improved when moving between modules and saving data • A release date entered for a parent resource will propagate to subordinates

  7. All Modules Cont. • The column filters no longer clear until the user clicks the “clear filter” icon or selects a new module

  8. Database Admin • The application will only allow one login per user for each database • Corruption issues when attaching and detaching databases is resolved • The database merge capability is back! • ROSS import improvements • Additional rostered resources can be added to existing parent on subsequent imports

  9. Time • Guarantee, COP and Day Off no longer require the user to enter a fictitious start and stop time • Guarantee for contract resources no longer requires the user to enter fictitious data to force the guarantee to apply • If there are missing days of posting time, the user will be notified when previewing or printing pay documents • New Reports • Last Day of Posted Time • Missing Days of Posting • Contractor adjustments will now be associated with a specific incident and accounting code

  10. Cost • Cost will now stop generating daily cost based on the Estimated Date of Arrival field (demob). If no Estimated Date of Arrival has been entered the application will use the release date • The option to apply divisions to subordinate resources has been added

  11. Supply • An Inventory Option is now available Custom Reports • The share option is now working correctly

  12. *New* Injury and Illness • New Module to be used in the medical unit to record number, types and locations of injuries. • Can be used by Safety Officers for analyzing trends and determining potential areas where accidents are occuring
