  2. Opportunity identification • There is a need for information on travelling across the region. • Lack of information and undeveloped infrastructure.

Problem Analysis • Three crucial dimensions: time, money, comfort • Survey and personal experience • Attributes : • resource efficiency; • ease and effectiveness of obtaining information; • overcoming undeveloped public transport infrastructure in Bulgaria; • communication problems for foreigners; • fun of travelling; • comfort on the road

Idea description • Source of information about transportation means, schedules, ticket prices, and travel time. • User can get information about transfer to any place within Bulgaria, including beginning/ending stations’ addresses, timetables, a number of changes and time between them, overall travel time, ticket prices.

  5. Concept Generation • Smartphone application, which helps to organize trips for AUBGers within Bulgaria. • Application: mobility and convenience. • Make routing process easier: • Provide user with information that will save time and money • Make journeys more customized & comfortable

  6. Concept Testing • Format: Survey. • Respondent Group: foreign students.

  7. Strategic Fit • 40 nationalities @ AUBG. • Accommodation of diverse student body and administration. • Better integration and experience satisfaction.
