Regulation of mRNA Expression in Cytokine Response: TNF-α and TGF-β Interactions

This study explores the expression levels of mRNA associated with key cytokines, including TNF-α and TGF-β, in relation to INS levels. By analyzing the relationship between these cytokines and their respective mRNA levels, we aim to understand their roles in cellular signaling and immune response mechanisms. Additionally, the comparative analysis of β-actin mRNA provides a reference point for normalization of data. Our findings could shed light on the intricate network of cytokine signaling and its implications for health and disease.
