This release of the program plans template addresses cost, schedule, legacy assets in service, contracts, drawing and business approaches, AIT & AIS impact, budget requirements, and sustainment industry coordination. Learnings include workshop provision, clarifications in verbiage and requirements, and pre-work for PM workshops. Recommendations include ACAT 1D Program Plans in June 2005 and others in January 2006. Next steps involve refining pilot plans based on review results and reviewing drafts such as CH-47/F-18.
