Påstandsregelverket • Norsk forskrift har gjennomført påstandsforordningen i norsk rett: • Forskrift om ernærings- og helsepåstander om næringsmidler • Mattilsynet har lagt ut mye bra info • Ernæringspåstander: Vedlegg til forordningen • Én påstand som omfatter salt: • Redusert innhold av [næringsstoffets navn] • … og for natrium eller tilsvarende verdi for salt, …en forskjell på 25 % • Nye ernæringspåstander i ”pipeline” • Now contains X % less • No added Na/salt • Helsepåstander Artikkel 13 – lista • Ikke på plass før i 2012 • Sannsynligvis påstander om salt på lista
