    This is a software which provides a platform to company for consumers and patients . Company can manage their all consumer accounts detail. Here company can add or delete a new consumer. The company can manage the basic information of consumers.

  4. Consumers

    A consumer is a person or group of people who are the final users of products and/or services generated within a social system. A consumer may be a person or group, such as a household. Every consumer has a unique UCI ID .
  5. Consumers Overview
  6. Add new Consumer Fill out all required fields Then press save button
  7. Consumer can also choose an ID or consumer name To view his detail.
  8. Here consumer will select any of two languages which he/she can speak. Here consumer can create any note .
  9. Authorizations of Consumers Consumer authorizations area: Here consumer provide the services to client. Services details includes starting and ending date with the working hours. This is a schedule area by day wise. Reports area : consumer can report on due date .

  11. Staff Area: It will maintain the records of the employees… Records includes : Employee Status Employee Services Employee Name Hours Assigned to an Employee
  12. Here user can add/select any service and also add the employees against the specific service.

  14. Here is shown a employees records with employee ID number and name. if we want to check the schedule information about employee. Simply we select the employee name and check on Add button.
  15. If we select the record of employee aamir and click on add button .His record will be shown here.
  16. Consumers Funding
  17. It is the funding area. Consumer can declare funding particulars against source , name and type.
  18. Here is shown the consumers funding source information. Which type of funding source he have .if we want to maintain the records of which funding source belong to which consumer . Just select the consumer name and press add button.
  19. Consumers Locations
  20. Here is shown the consumer location information . e.g: his address , his city , state and zip code information . If a consumer is belong to any school his information will be shown here.
  21. Consumers Reports
  22. Here is shown the reports management area. This area is tracking the documents and reports . E.g: Progress reports , Access reports
  23. Here user can upload any report of any consumer from consumer folder. It is a report management module.
  24. Consumer/user can add the report regarding the patient.
  25. Consumers Insurance
  26. This is insurance form. The consumer will fill up all the fields in General Info .
  27. This is primary insurance block. The consumer will provide his personal information for patient`s insurance . This is secondary insurance block. The consumer will give information for secondary insurance plan.
  28. Consumers Billing
  29. The billing chart shows the information about staff that how many hours they worked and services.
  30. Consumers calender
  31. The employee calender will show the schedule of the availability of a week. Employee can manage their working schedules and appoinments.
