This study investigates the influence of estrogen and anti-p75 treatment on the activation of JNK pathways (pJNK1 and pJNK2) following neuronal lesions in ovariectomized (OVX) female rats. The experimental groups included different combinations of OVX, estrogen treatment, lesions, and control (sham) procedures, with assessments made at 6 and 24 hours post-injury (hpi). Results indicate notable changes in optical density related to JNK activation, suggesting potential therapeutic implications for neuroprotection and recovery following neural damage.
