TITLE OF INFOGRAPHIC Image for the most significant point Images include maps, graphs, charts, photographs, clipart, original art, etc. Go to Insert, then Shapes to get various shapes and symbols. You can change the colors, too! This is your first impression! Grab attention and prepare the reader. Include text explaining what the audience will learn from the infographic (main idea), written as a provable statement of three to four sentences.

  3. Image for 2nd most significant point Include text that clarifies the graphic or adds information. Image for 3rd most significant point Attribute your sources when you use quotes, images and data. Horizontal lines help to visually separate different points. Include text that clarifies the graphic or adds information.

  4. A large, horizontally oriented graphic encourages the reader’s eye to move down the page. A Call to Action: What are some things that can be done to counteract this issue? Action 2 Action 1 Action 3 • Leave room to credit sources First and Last Name, Class Period and Date
