ENTERPRISE PLAN ATM has presented its new Enterprise Plan 2008/2010 which touches on all aspects of sustainability: governance and economic-financial balance, in social terms, the improvement of the quality of service and the dynamics of internal resources, energy-environmental sustainability.

  3. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY • One of the five sections in the Enterprise Plan is completely dedicated to energy and environmental sustainability and considerable investments are being made in this area.

  4. INVESTMENTS • The Plan comprises an investment plan: 252 mn during the three-year period allocated to modernisation of the vehicle fleet. • A substantial part is used to buy new buses

  8. 18 m EVOBUS CITARO EEV City and Suburban buses • Job status: 50 being ordered • Basic features: - EEV (Lower emissions than Euro 5) • - Low floor • - Full climate control • End use: Renew services fleet in city zone

  9. 7.5 m IBRIDO Irisbus • Job status: 10 being ordered • Basic features: - EEV (Lower emissions than Euro 5) • - Hybrid diesel – electric engine • - Low floor • - Full climate control • End use: Supplement and renew minibus fleet

  12. Environmental impact • Emission reduction objective for 2006/2010 CO- 45% HC -90% NOx -42% PT -87% • Most vehicles are fitted with CRT filters • Purchase of vehicles with EEV engines fitted with SCRT filters and hybrid vehicles

  13. Energy recovery • New vehicles: • Vehicles with hybrid system • Reduced tare vehicles
