The XB08 Workshop, held from December 1-4, 2008, at the Cockcroft Institute in Daresbury, focused on X-Band structures and beam dynamics. As we conclude, we emphasize the importance of open access publishing; all papers should be submitted this week, and there's a chance to contribute to the special PRST-AB issue for XB08. We thank our sponsors and the organizing committees for their invaluable support. The goals of the workshop include reviewing the state of X-Band developments, understanding project demands, and fostering international collaborations. We appreciate everyone’s participation and look forward to the future, including potential plans for XB09.
